Mr. Campbell seems to be popping up a lot lately. Guess I've reached a place where I am able to allow what he offers...and use it to continue on with my own "hero journey". I think it's pretty fantastic. The whole "when the student is ready, the teacher arrives" thing. Just love that.

So, Joseph Campbell is the teacher who I'm apparently ready to hear. His voice reaches across the veils, whispering to me...'follow your bliss. follow your bliss..." And so...I listen...I continue onward...I smile at the whispers that sneak in when I least expect them. When they are silent, I listen only to the beating of a distant drum...the one that only my ears can hear. I dance to that beat, knowing that it is my own heart that makes the sound.

And my hero journey continues....
